Dayton, OH - May 13, 2019 — Through the SBA's All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP), Solutions Through Innovative Technologies, Inc. (STI-TEC) and Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) have joined forces to form the joint venture (JV) known as Innovative Technology Solutions JV, LLC (ITS JV, LLC). STI-TEC will serve as a mentor to ITC, sharing the experience they have accumulated from supporting government clients since 2000. Through this JV, each member will continue their growth and contribute their respective strengths as they support both existing and future clients.
